Hi. I'm sorry, but we don't offer that kind of service. Step by step instructions for completing form SSA-44 are explained in the pages that follow the form, though, so you should probably be able to complete the form yourself (https://www.ssa.gov/forms/ssa-44-ext.pdf). If you have questions about proper completion of the form, though, you can call Social Security.

Note that the only reason that you'd need to complete and submit a form SSA-44 to Social Security is if your Part B Medicare premiums would otherwise be higher than the standard rate because of your recent year earnings.
