Will My Grandson's Child Support Be Deemed By SSI?
I have custody of a working and drawing child support Grandson. Will this be "deemed" by SSI ?
Hi,
I'm not sure that I understand what you're asking. If your grandson is receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and you receive child support for him, the child support could cause his SSI payment amount to be reduced.
