Hi. You need to have been married for at least 10 years in order to potentially qualify for surviving divorced spousal benefits. If your daughter became disabled prior to age 22, then she may be able to qualify for disabled adult child's (DAC) benefits.
There's not enough information in your questions for me to be able to give you much advice, so you should probably contact Social Security to see if you and/or your daughter might be eligible for any survivor benefits.
