Hello, I am 6 years older than my ex husband. When I am of retirement age, can I collect on HIS social security, even though he will not have reached retirement age yet? He makes more than 3 times the amount I make.

No, not unless your ex is deceased or receiving his benefits early due to disability. In order for you to potentially qualify for divorced spousal benefits your ex must either be a) at least age 62 or b) receiving benefits on his own record (https://www.ssa.gov/OP_Home/handbook/handbook.03/handbook-0311.html).
