Is My Grandson Eligible For Survivor Benefits?
My husband and I reconciled right before he got sick and passed away. I had sole custody of grandchild and adopted him after my husband passed away. Even when we weren't living together he helped support our grandson. But at the time of my husband's death we had been living together for 2 months. Is my grandson eligible for survivor benefits?
