Is It Proper To Subtract My SS Amount From My Short Term Disability?
I been working full time and drawing my SS. Through my company I paid for short term disability. Recent I'm on medical leave Cigna is telling me they need to use my SS amount and subtract that from my weekly payment. I could understand if I was on SS DISABILITY but I receiving my retirement pay. Please advise
