I Can't File and Suspend Under the Old Law, Is There Anything Else I Can Do?

Hi Larry, just read your article re: SSI admin don't understand file and suspend. Well... I'm having a hard time also! In any event went to Financial seminar on it and found out I can't file and suspend so that my wife can apply. I'm 63 1/2 and My wife will be 62 in April of 17. Anything we can do or is it water over the dam?
Thanks,

Chris,
That's correct, since you weren't old enough to file and suspend your retirement benefit before 29 Apr 2016 your wife can't receive her spouse's benefit while your retirement benefit is suspended. You're too young to use that strategy. However, our software, MaximizeMySocialSecurity, can determine the filing strategy that gives you the highest lifetime benefits.
Best,
Mike
