Can A Parent Get Benefits From Their Child's Social Security Record?
If a mom's a dependant and her daughter dies can she draw social security or retirement benefits from her.
Hi,
It's possible. Social Security can pay survivor benefits to parents who are at least age 62 and were financially dependent on their deceased child for at least 50% of their support.
