Hi, I'm 54 my husband is 62, I'm the higher earner. We both work full time and draw a military pension. Can my husband draw spousal benefit now on my record?

No, you would have to either be receiving Social Security retirement or disability benefits in order for your husband to potentially qualify for spousal benefits.
