Can I Draw Widow's Benefits Now At Age 47?
Im a widow my husband would of been 65 next year, i am 47 now can i filr for his ss or i jave to wait untill i will be 62

The earliest that you could qualify for Social Security widow's benefits is age 60, unless you're disabled in which case you may be able to qualify for disabled widow's benefits as early as age 50 (https://www.ssa.gov/OP_Home/handbook/handbook.04/handbook-0401.html). However, if you start drawing widow's or disabled widow's benefits prior to your full retirement age (FRA), your benefit rate will be reduced for age.
