Can I Draw Both Unemployment Benefits And Disability?
i am 58 years old and have worked a part time driving job while on disability . I lost my job due to Covid 19, am I able to draw unemployment benefits and disability due to Covid 19?

My expertise is limited to Social Security benefits, so all I can tell you for sure is that if you collect unemployment benefits it will have no adverse effect on your Social Security disability (SSDI) benefits. However, if you receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI), which is a needs based benefit administered by Social Security, drawing unemployment could reduce your SSI payments.
