Am I Entitled To Railroad Survivor Benefits?
My husband gets railroad retirement benefits and I get retirement benefits from CalSTRS.
Currently I get only Tier II benefit from RRB.
Am I entitle to survivor benefits ?

I think the answer to your question will depend on the comparative values of your husband Railroad Retirement (RR) benefit rate vs. your CalSTRS pension, but my expertise is limited to Social Security benefits and not RR benefits.
