Am I Eligible To Receive Survivor Benefits?
I lived in Ohio now in Virginia. My late husband died in 2010 at age 50. He worked but near his death was on disability. I will be turning 60 in Dec. Am I eligible to receive survivors benefits? I'm just learning of this. I remarried 4 years after his death and now live in Virginia. Thank you for your time.

No, you couldn't collect survivor benefits from your deceased husband's record if you are currently married and if your current marriage took place prior to when you reached age 60 (https://www.ssa.gov/OP_Home/handbook/handbook.04/handbook-0406.html).
